After years working in the industry, we kept seeing the same problems: poor communication, low standards, too many moving parts, and not enough accountability.

We started Vertex to offer something better — a business that stays small, shows up in person, and gets the basics right.

No subcontractors, no pass-the-buck excuses. We do the work ourselves, and we do it properly.

We take on a select group of clients because we’re the ones on-site. That means you know exactly who’s walking your property, reporting issues, handling requests, and making sure things are done to standard.

We’re based in Brisbane, and we regularly travel up and down the Sunshine Coast. If it’s a good fit, we’ll make the time.
